Chemical Dispensing

Dosatron Water Powered Chemical Dispensing

Safely Add the right amount of chemistry to your cleaning process without the hassle !

WHAT IS A DOSATRON?

It’s a water-powered dosing pump that injects concentrated chemicals into water lines. The water-powered Dosatron units are carbon neutral, alleviating the costly need for electricity.

HOW IT WORKS

Installed directly in the water supply line, the injector operates without electricity, using water pressure as the power source. The water activates the injector, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the stock solution container. Inside the injector, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The amount of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the injector, regardless of variations in flow or pressure which may occur in the main line.

Features:

  • Water driven, non-electric

Proportional: compensates for changes in water flow and pressure

Benefits:

  • Space saving
    • Precise
    • Steady, repeatable results

Advantages:

  • Consistently maintains required chemical concentrations
    • On demand mixing
    • Simple to use and maintain
    • Cutting and Stamping
    • Floor Scrubber Fill Stations
    • Forming
    • Drawing
    • Die Casting
    • Grinding
